1. /01你們提供哪些影片製作服務？What video services do you offer?+

   我們主要做四種：商業廣告與形象影片、紀實短片與紀錄片、活動紀錄與精彩回放，以及動畫製作與動態設計（Motion Graphics、解說動畫、資訊圖表動畫等）。從前期腳本發想、拍攝到後期剪輯交付，都能一條龍完成。Four areas: commercial and brand films, documentaries and short films, event recaps, and animation and motion design (motion graphics, explainers, infographic animation) — all handled end-to-end from scripting and shooting to editing and delivery.

2. /02我完全沒有經驗，影片製作的流程是什麼？I have no experience — what's the process?+

   別擔心，這是大多數客戶的起點。流程大致是：品牌訪談與需求釐清 → 腳本與分鏡 → 拍攝 → 後期剪輯調色 → 交片。每個階段我們都會說明、陪你一起決定，讓你不會失去方向——你只要把想達成的目標告訴我們，剩下的交給我們。No worries — that's where most clients start. The process: a kickoff interview, scripting and storyboarding, filming, post-production and color grading, then delivery. We explain and decide together at every stage, so you never feel lost. Just tell us your goal and we'll handle the rest.

3. /03費用怎麼計算？預算有限可以嗎？How is pricing calculated, and what if my budget is limited?+

   費用依影片複雜度、長度與所需製作資源計算，基本通常涵蓋企劃、拍攝、後期剪輯與基本視覺效果；額外動畫、特效或專業配樂會再依項目加價，我們會提供詳細報價單。預算有限也別怕——我們可以彈性調整影片長度、拍攝天數與場景，或把多支影片分階段製作分攤成本，先聊聊真的不用有壓力。Cost depends on complexity, length and resources — the base covers planning, filming, editing and basic visual effects, with extras like animation, VFX or original music quoted on top. Limited budget? We can flex the length, shoot days and scenes, or split multiple videos into phases to spread cost. Just reach out, no pressure.

5. /05可以看你們的作品嗎？你們在哪、多久交件？Can I see your work, where are you, and how fast do you deliver?+

   當然可以，到「作品」頁就能依分類瀏覽我們的實際成果。我們位在台北中山，主要服務大台北，也接受全台各地的影像製作專案。交期依規模而定，若你有發布時效（例如活動隔天就要上社群），先告訴我們，我們會安排快剪先交一支精華版。Of course — browse our work by category on the Works page. We're based in Zhongshan, Taipei, serving Greater Taipei and projects across Taiwan. Turnaround depends on scale; if you have a deadline, let us know and we'll fast-track a highlight cut.
